PARTICIPATE AT YOUR OWN RISK
In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in an infiniteU event, activity, or experience (“Event”), any person signing up for an infiniteU event, whether working/performing, or being part of the audience, hereby waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue the infiniteU LLC, or their respective members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury (including loss of life, disability, or serious harm), property damage or theft, negligence, or actions (each, a “Loss”) resulting from or arising in connection with traveling to, attendance at, or participation in the Event and any related activities unless said Loss is caused by the sole, gross negligence of infiniteU LLC.
To participate a person must agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from any loss, liability, damages or costs the Indemnified Parties may incur, whether caused by negligence, active or passive, or otherwise, in connection with their participation in the Event.
